Arwin Rasyid

Arwin has served as Commissioner of PT Sarana Gadai Prioritas (SGP) its founding in 2016.
With a track record in the financial industry that has spanned more than four decades, his last position was as President Director of CIMB Niaga (2008-2015). Previously, he served as President Director of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Vice-President Director of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk and President Director of PT Bank Danamon Tbk.
Arwin began his banking career at Bank of America (1980-1986) and PT Bank Niaga Tbk (1987-1999). In 2000, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA).
Arwin earned his Bachelor degree in Development Studies from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia and received the East-West Center scholarship to pursue his MA in International Economics and MBA from the University of Hawaii, USA. He has also participated in various global executive education at Harvard School of Business, Wharton School of Business, and INSEAD.

T. Tulus Widodo

Tulus has hold the position of Director at PT Sarana Gadai Prioritas (SGP) since its founding in 2016. Prior to joining SGP, he was the head of Rahn business unit at CIMB Niaga.
From 2010 to 2014, Tulus joined PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk as a senior advisor in the Sharia business unit and as a trainer at the Danamon Corporate University.
Tulus has vast knowledge and direct experience on the pawn industry, having worked for more than 33 years at Perum Pegadaian. At Perum Pegadaian, he was responsible for various operational and supervisory roles at the regional and headquarter offices.
Tulus earned his Master degree from Universitas Hasanudin.
