Arwin Rasyid

Arwin has served as Commissioner of PT Sarana Gadai Prioritas (SGP) its founding in 2016.
With a track record in the financial industry that has spanned more than four decades, his last position was as President Director of CIMB Niaga (2008-2015). Previously, he served as President Director of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Vice-President Director of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk and President Director of PT Bank Danamon Tbk.
Arwin began his banking career at Bank of America (1980-1986) and PT Bank Niaga Tbk (1987-1999). In 2000, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA).
Arwin earned his Bachelor degree in Development Studies from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia and received the East-West Center scholarship to pursue his MA in International Economics and MBA from the University of Hawaii, USA. He has also participated in various global executive education at Harvard School of Business, Wharton School of Business, and INSEAD.

Bernard Simorangkir

Bernard Simorangkir, Appointed as Director of PT Sarana Gadai Prioritas since March 26, 2020. Graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Padjadjaran University in Bandung and continued with various executive education courses at PT. Bank Niaga Tbk ; Nanyang Technological University and other training. For almost 30 years pursuing a career in banking, namely PT. Bank Niaga Tbk, which is currently a PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, with various position held such as Operational, Audit, Marketing, Treasury Sales and finally as Wholesale Funding Group Head.
